The Sexual Harassment Training has four levels as following:
A. Factory Owner/General Manager introductory meeting : The purpose of this session is to introduce SHP training and get high-level management support. The SHP Model Policy is shared as a basis for factories to adopt a policy. The SHP Kit is also shared for distribution among factory departments and to launch a SHP campaign. This Meeting is taking 1-2 hours.
B. Middle manager training: This training is for managers directly responsible for developing and enforcing sexual harassment prevention policies. Information is provided to help these managers identify and address sexual harassment, including information on how to conduct interviews, impartial investigation tactics, and confidentiality issues. This training is taking 2 – 3 hours.
C. Supervisor training: This training focuses on rights and responsibilities regarding sexual harassment of factory supervisors. Information is provided to help supervisors protect their workers from sexual harassment and avoid inappropriate behaviour themselves. The training includes a step by step guide on how to proceed with allegations of sexual harassment.
D. Worker training :This training focuses on the rights and responsibilities of workers regarding sexual harassment. Workers are provided information on how to prevent and address sexual harassment as well as how to seek help in such matters.
