Pipit Savitri is Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) professional with 14 years’ experience working in multinational corporations. She received her bachelor degree in Labour Law from University of Pancasila in 2001 with main focus on Collective Bargaining Agreements. After completing her education, Pipit began her career at a multinational UK based quality assurance company whose core business is third independent party conducting CSR auditing for USA and Europe buyers. In 2007, she joined a Hong Kong-based independent quality assurance company as Compliance Supervisor, where she established the team for the company’s operation in Indonesia. Her new role in this company expanded her experience to other matters beyond compliance auditing, such as suppliers’ systems development, security systems and factory quality inspection.

Pipit joined Better Work Indonesia in 2013. She believes that the comprehensive approach of the Better Work programme aligns with her vision and mission. At first, she was assigned as enterprise advisor with duty station in Jakarta and Greater Area, where she oversaw the factories’ performance and Industrial Relations issues. Starting in 2016, she was assigned to handle the communication and partnership needs of Better Work Indonesia.
